Diagnostics and Cultural Assessments
To assist our clients in getting a “fix” on their current situation, GYST Consulting in conjunction with 'Feedback Works' offers a range of reliable and valid surveys and diagnostic tools. Moreover, we are able to offer bespoke diagnostic services that enable our clients to focus on measuring variables unique to their site/team/industry etc.
Diagnostic tools include:
- Safety Culture Survey (with bespoke capability): Usually a site-wide survey that assesses the entire workforce’s perceptions about key aspects of the organisation’s safety culture. The survey can be broken down to various strata, teams, functions etc.
- Organisational CARE Survey (with bespoke capability): Usually a site-wide survey that assesses the entire workforce’s perceptions about CARE within the organisation. Perceived Care is strongly related to trust, and is a strong predictor of safety culture performance. The survey can be broken down to various strata, teams, functions etc.
- Confidential Focus Group Sessions: A representative sample of a client organisation is surveyed in small-groups. The sessions are entirely confidential, and follow a semi-structured interview format focusing on key elements of organisational culture. We have found this approach elicits valuable qualitative data sometimes overlooked in a purely quantitative approach.
All surveys are followed by comprehensive written and verbal reports and recommendations from our specialist psychologists. Most GYST Consulting surveys are available in “pen and paper” format as well as online versions. Many clients seek to use both pre and post-program surveys to identify areas of positive change.
