Garrick Chatterjee

Psychologist and Senior Program Facilitator

Garrick is a registered psychologist who holds both Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and Master's of Human Resource Management.  For the past several years Garrick has been particularly focused on the areas of safety and leadership development. He has worked with clients in the resource sector, energy and utilities, construction, oil and gas and smelting. His work has seen him travel around Australia and to New Zealand, Africa, Asia and Europe, South America and the Caribbean. 

Garrick has worked with every level of organisation from executive leaders to operational staff.  His skills and experience have allowed him to successfully provide solutions for clients on numerous issues including Safety Leadership, Leadership and Team Development, Psychometrics, Organisational Change, Learning and Development. 

Garrick brings expertise to group processing and a willingness to learn, grow and share experiences through facilitation and coaching. He is passionate about assisting all participants to remain safe and achieve in all areas of their life.
