De-escalation & Resolution of Conflict in the Workplace

After many requests, we are delighted to now offer an evidence-based and expertly facilitated "Conflict De-Escalation/Resolution Workshop" to our clients. The session is run by highly acclaimed Clinical Psychologist Dr. Kamal Dhaliwal. The aim of the program is to assist management as well as frontline staff in effectively resolving conflict that might arise in the workplace in the course of performing their duties. The key aim is to establish a respectful, harmonious and supportive workplace environment resulting in a more productive workforce.

GYST Consulting would like to congratulate TasPorts on their consistent embedding of the Care Factor Safety Culture Development Program.
