TasPorts has the 'Care Factor'

GYST Consulting would like to congratulate TasPorts on their consistent embedding of the Care Factor Safety Culture Development Program. Learning new concepts and skills during training is one thing, making those concepts and skills an intergrated part of an organisation's DNA is another. There is no magic wand to making deep positive cultural change - a commitment to the long haul, taking ownership and driving internal capacity are key steps. 

The Care Factor Program is focused from the start of any roll-out to ensure internal capcity is built from the shop floor through to senior managment.
